As a System/Network Engineer and Project Administrator, I have gained diverse experience in providing user support, maintaining network software and hardware, both in-house and on-site, and remote or data center environments. My expertise extends to Linux (Ubuntu) and web design, including e-commerce and portfolio websites, with experience in WordPress, Apache, and Nginx.

Email server installation is one of my specialties, having installed several Linux email servers. Additionally, I have extensive experience in project planning and scheduling, disaster recovery, IT with business strategy, regulatory compliance and QA control/standards, business applications management, internet/intranet, cost-benefit analysis, IT audits/review, IT and corporate policy development.

Over the past eight years, I have provided telephone and on-site LAN, Wi-Fi, software, and hardware support, including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Exchange Server, and user accounts. My proficiency also extends to working with VMware and RDP, setting up broadband connections for departmental use at Perfect Network Solution, India, and Australia.

At Open Integration, I spent a year providing on-site LAN, software, and hardware support as an IBM sub-contractor, representing IBM Engineer in Sydney. Additionally, I provided one year of in-house user support at Price Waterhouse Cooper, handling software, hardware, and LAN/RAS setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and backup/restore.

Furthermore, I spent a year at Microsoft Sydney providing telephone support, offering product support, troubleshooting, and advice to end-users as a member of the team, as well as providing second-level support to team members.
